Expression of Interest Process
How do I register for SWAC?
Book an appointment with your guidance counsellor to discuss and determine your referring teacher
Complete the Expression of Interest Form
Your guidance counsellor or referring teacher will need to submit your expression of interest for you through the Dual Credit Application System
Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our SWAC Coordinator according to our dates outlined
You will be invited to a virtual readiness meeting to meet with the SWAC Coordinator to discuss your interest in the program and pathway plans (this is not an interview, and you may have someone attend with you if you wish)
Upon completion of the readiness meeting, and review your of your expression of interest form, you will recieve a program offer based on the dates outlined (see session links above)
Once your application is approved, a program plan will be sent to the referring teacher, principal and you (the student). The school and student must approve of the plan set out for them while in the SWAC program.
You must regularly check your TDSB email for communications and program updates, as all communication will take place via email

This expression of interest form must be completed by all participating dual credits and SWAC students. If you download the document, it will become a fillable PDF for you to complete online. Return the completed application to your guidance counsellor.
Once returned, this form should be kept on file by the home school in the main office
