We know that navigating a new platform can present challenges. But logging on and being present in the learning platform of your college is another key to success in a dual credit. Below you will find technical support for each college.

It is very important that you check your email daily.

Password Reset / Helpdesk Options: Your password to log into Lumiunate for the first time is: your date of birth (MMDDYY)
You can re-set your password in one of two ways. Support site
Via Phone (recommended, faster)
Call 416-289-5280
Press 1
Tell the person your full legal name – ___________
Your Centennial # - _______ (e.g. 301xxxxx)
Ask the person to reset your my-centennial password
Via Email
helpdesk@centennialcollege.ca with your student number, first and last name. To verify your identity, they may ask you for full mailing address, phone #, your date of birth, and your email address. Have it prepared.

In person at any of the LLC (Library) service locations
Visit either the Library Learning Commons or Student Services located at your campus with a valid student ID card
Platform: Blackboard, Support Page
Logging On: Visit learn.humber.ca and login with your username and password. Note: Your username is just your Humber student number (which starts with "n"), followed by @humber.ca. For example, if your Humber student number is n1234567 then your user name is "n1234567@humber.ca"
If that does not work then you can try this next:
- open google chrome
- clear your browser history (select "all time")
- close google chrome
- open google chrome
- revisit this webpage
- click on this link: learn.humber.ca
- log in AND make sure that you add @humber.ca after your username
