Remember to verify the sharing settings of anything you add to your site to ensure that others will be able to see it!
1) BEFORE creating the Site, create a Folder in Google Drive
2) Change the share settings for the entirre folder to "Public on the Web" or "Anyone with the Link can View"
3) Put all Drive files that you add to your Site in Google this folder (including docs, slides, sheets, images, videos, pdfs, etc)
The sharing settings of the folder will apply to everything in it and ensure that files on your website are visible to anyone.
Also Remember
The good news is that all G Suite tools are already OCR compliant when inserted into a Google Site! So, as long as you are using G Suite tools, you mostly just need to focus on style concerns such as color, underlining, etc.
