Mindful wellness is about defining your individual purpose in life and learning more about yourself in the process. We often forget how important it is to regularly check in with ourselves, both mentally and spiritually, instead getting caught up in work and life that we don't realize we need to take a step back and regroup until we're already stressed and overworked. With mental health resources available, TCNJ is there to be your partner as you discover mindful wellness strategies that work for you.
Center for Mindfulness & Compassion: The mission of the Center is to offer programs and resources that optimize one’s ability to live life to the fullest through mindfulness and by fostering compassion for all humanity. The Center emphasizes a non-sectarian approach that draws on contemplative practices from a variety of religious and philosophical traditions. The Center is a resource for students, faculty, and staff as well as for residents and organizations from the surrounding communities.
