Personnel Office
The Personnel Office handles a range of tasks including the formulation of personnel regulations, appointment and dismissal of faculty and staff, transfers, salary, travel, leave of absence, training, study abroad, rewards and punishments, assessment, cultural and recreational activities, health checks, employee assistance programs, retirement, and assistance for disadvantaged groups. The Personnel Office is an important part of the school's administrative team. In addition to various personnel services and the implementation of personnel regulations, the office works to maintain the morale of faculty and staff, serves as a point of communication within the department, and promotes the professional development and expansion of services in order to protect the rights and interests of faculty and staff.
