Students with IEPs are valued and closely monitored by qualified Special Education teachers. Communication among parents, Special Education teachers, and Classroom teachers is key to the success of these students. Student with IEPs are well-supported based on their specific classroom needs.

Members of our Special Education Department are acutely aware of the social, emotional and academic needs of our students. Students with IEPs are in Locally-Developed, Applied, or Academic Courses. They receive Accommodations based on their IEP.

Special Education teachers help their students to develop all-important self-advocacy skills.
