How did I display perseverence when learning my skill?
I displayed perseverance by not giving up when things got hard and I got frustrated. The unicycle frustrated me greatly. It seemed that everyone else was progressing and leaving me behind. But as time went on I eventually got the hang of it.
How have I demonstrated perseverence outside of school?
I demonstrated perseverence when I was playing rugby and we were losing in a game. We were losing and it was hard to keep up. It made me extremly frustrated. But I pushed through it and accepted the loss.

Physical Well-being: It helps me when working out to not stop and push through those last minutes of the workout.
