My physical well being is pretty good because, I think I eat really nutritious meals with veggies. I also really enjoy sport especially football and hockey and I am trying out underwater hockey this term . I also do the ADP program which keeps me in good shape because we do heaps and heaps of press ups and planks and stuff. I also try to keep myself active by going surfing and biking and walks along the beach.To improve my physical well being I think I have to go for runs on a daily basis.
