This is my reflection for inquiry #6 week 1.
I started the week well and did some really good work. I did a lot of research and found a lot of good information sources and even found a contact for my interview. I then started to write my draft intro and paragraph 1. I think I worked really well in Mr. Rugnathji, I really enjoy working with music and I think that it makes me a lot more productive and enjoy working more.
This is my reflection for inquiry #6 week 2
I feel like I had a very productive week. I think I work most productively while listening to music. Listening to music helps me to learn and write down words. I started my presentation this week because I didn't feel without music I was as productive so I just did some easy work that I enjoyed and didn't have to put much effort into it and I felt like the presentation was easy and chilled. But I did do some really good work on my report writing all of the drafts so next week I can just focus on doing touch-ups to the final report.
This is my reflection for inquiry #7 week 1 (working with Caleb)
I think that we both started the week really strongly because we got some much information on our notes doc. We had three or more links per question. we also added heaps of new paragraphs, I think three. So that gave us some more research today. We also started our planning strong on trello. On Friday we watched a couple of very helpful Youtube videos. These helped us visualise the negative effects of volcanoes.Overall I think we had a very successful week.

This week was a bit of a disaster in my opinion. Because we had such a stellar week last week we kind of dropped off our work ethic and started to slack. I think we watched lots of unnecessary YouTube about volcanoes. I think this was because we were so ahead of our work we got too over confident and just stopped doing work. Towards the end of the week the stuff we did not do at the start of the week came back and bite us in the bum. And then we realized we need to put our heads down and start working real hard.
This is my reflection for inquiry #7 week 3 (working with Caleb)
I think this week was just about fine tuning all our work. I did do a good chunk of the numerical data this week and finished off the presentation on the monday. I think me and Caleb really pulled through this last week and finished our report to a high standard. Caleb's mum and my mum both proofread the whole report. This was good because it picked up clitical spelling and grammar mistakes. It also helped me with word choice. Overall I think this was a very good inquiry and I hope to get a 5M or better.
This is my reflection for inquiry #8 (Working with Ben)
I think we started off the inquiry very good. We found our topic very quickly and did our research question pretty quickly. Then we started doing heaps of research. Each question has like 10 links and sources to it. We also contacted an expert. Our expert is RAM3D print in Tauriko. We have arranged to meet with them at 10:00 am on Thursday 4th June. I also started the numerical data this week getting about two solid paragraphs in. After school I was so interested in the topic I watched some documentaries about 3D printing. I think these really helped me understand how metal 3D printers work visually. I also watched on 3D printed guns and how you can print a fully functional 3D printed gut out of plastic. The last documentary was about 3D printing rocked engines.
