How did I display respect during PE sessions?

During a lot of the PE sessions we versed other classes and we had to work together. I displayed respect o when we won a point I would congratulate a teammate, or if the opposition won a point I would clap for them. Another way of me showing respect is when we lose against another class/team (very rare) I wouldn't complain about them cheating. If my team won the game then afterwards, instead of being cocky and boast and showoff about our win I am humble about it and thank them for the game.

How do I display respect outside of PE sessions?

When we are in the classroom with Mr. Corney doing a Science practical investigation, we are using equipment that doesn't belong to us but it belongs to the school. So not only are we respecting those around us, we need to respect the equipment , because the school is being nice enough to let us have a different approach in our learning and lets us do that by giving us things to use.

How does respect effect each dimension of my hauora?

Physical - to listen to the teacher, because he knows more than me and probably has more experience in that area of learning.

Social - when we are working as a group, listen to there ideas because they could have really good ideas that could make our life easier, but if there ideas aren't as good, don't put them down

Spiritual - to respect the teacher, a few students in my class sometimes talks back to the teacher and disrespects the teacher, and that isn't apart of my spirit, part of my is respecting your elders and respecting there choices

Mental - If I am respectful then that respect will be showen for me. E.g: if I respect a culture and the way they do things then they will have the same respect for me too.
