PHYSICAL: Physical well being is how you are physically. My well being feels good. I play sports and I keep as fit as I can. I eat healthily, and my all round hygiene is fine. I get more than 9 hours of sleep every night, so I never get tired in class. I feel like in recent times, I have been getting injured too much. I will aim to change that this year.
SOCIAL: Social well being is our relationships with other people. I think my social well being is healthy right now. I have a few very close friends, which I enjoy better than a large group of friends who I am not very close with. My relationship with my family is great, I get along very well with all of my family members. My relationships with teachers at school and extra curricular activities is also respectable.
MENTAL/EMOTIONAL: Mental and emotional well being is how you feel inside. My mental well being is healthy, although under some stress. At college, I have tried to take as many opportunities as I possibly can. This has been lots of fun, as I have got to work with new people and grow my social well being. However, lots of activities means not so much free time. I feel like I am constantly doing something and not getting enough rest. I will try and fix this by not doing so much, or finding time to rest.
SPIRITUAL: Your spiritual well being is what makes you yourself. My spiritual well being is currently my best well being. I have great faith in my religion (Christianity), and I know my morals and beliefs. I am part of a culture at school, dancing, and musical theatre. I know what makes up me and who I am.
