My physical Hauora has been effected because I can now express how I feel physically to others.
My Emotional Hauora has changed because I can understand my friends well and I can talk to them. I am happier and closer with my friends, which means I am also happier when I am at home.
My Social Hauora has been effected because I feel like I am having better conversations with my family, and they can understand me well. I really enjoy talking to my family, and now, I have a good basis on how I can do it.
My Spiritual Hauora has also changed because I can understand what the Pasteur is saying at Church. I have developed a deeper understanding of communication and now, that transfers into my spiritual life.
I have improved my communication through the 8 Cs. I have worked hard with my group.
I have improved my communication in my work in the Addams Family, the musical I am in now. It has helped my drama.
