I was confident doing the Haka but I am a bit rusty because I haven't done it for a while I knew most of it and was good for a first try back to school after a week (covid reasons). I have done it lots in the past and all I need is more practice to improve in the Haka and hopefully make a difference. I was confident when I went to Korea because we had to perform in front of 200 to 300 people.
It helps me to talk in front of the class, and make new friends in school and out of school, in a sport I have to have the confidence to tackle the tall dude to get the ball or just shot a goal takes confidence to do. If you get a job you will have to talk to people you don't know and sever them if you are in a cafe. If you are in a building job you have to trust everyone because you would be building the building by yourself if you don't trust anyone.
Confidence affects the way I play code because when I get the ball I don’t care who’s on the road. I just run it straight and don’t even get scared, So if you’re playing against me, you best be prepared. Whanau is helped because I’m not too shy, To talk to my parents about trying. I’m confident to share with them all of my issues, mum brings me hot chocolate. Wairua for me is about having fun and making sure I always feel second to none. Confidence helps me be the best I can be and somehow that makes me just feel really free.
