Physical Education

I think my Hauora is pretty good.

1. Taha Tinana / Physical well being

I think my physical Education is pretty good as I like to be pretty fit and I don't have many injures. The main sports I play are rugby, tennis and also for a hobby I like to go mountain biking, swimming and even just running. Just starting this week I made a plan with my friend to do our own rugby pre-season training on Wednesday, Friday and the weekend. As I keep myself fit and my body in good condition. I think I could improve on stretching after I do fitness and do a bit more running more often in my own time. Lastly I need eat some more fruit, like apples and bananas because right now, I think I am lacking in fruit.



2. Taha Whanau (Social)

My family and friends are important to me as I think I am a pretty good friend and son. I think I have good relationships with all my friends which is a big thing for me in social wellbeing. But I think I need to connect with them more often and hang out of with them. As when I am board and Im not doing anything I normally only hangout with a certain people that live close to me.


3.Taha Wairua (Spiritual)

I think my spiritual dimension is pretty good as I am christian. I think my spiritual is pretty good as I am active and love to go play sports and muck around with friends, I don't play on my playstation all the time as I used to and now I would rather train for rugby and spend time with family. I try to be respectful and helpful to other people all the time.


4. Taha Hinengaro (Mental & Emotional)

I think Taha Hinegaro as I go to bed at a usual time and wake up early and start getting ready for school. So this will get me ready for a good productive day at school and won't be tired. I don't normally get angry at other people until it hits the point when its really annoying.
