Cohort Advisors are encouraged to use the TATI Observation Form to write down feedback when observing TATI teaching artists in the classroom. This form can also be used to share feedback using the Critical Response Process, which is how cohort members will share and receive feedback in their discussion groups. It asks the observer to start by asking the TATI teaching artist what specifically they hope to focus on in their teaching and feedback during the observation session, and when sharing feedback, it scaffolds the feedback in a teacher-centered way. TATI Teaching Artists will create a lesson plan and a lesson plan template that will cumulatively be improved and expanded each month. Feedback will be shared individually three times during the year.
