rEGISTRATION RATES

Conference presenters must register through UTSA Marketplace by April 1, 2025 at 11:59 pm.

Tenured and Tenure-Track Faculty and University Administrators: $195

Non-Tenure Track Faculty, Instructors, Post-doctoral Fellows, K-12 Educators, General Public: $50

For Graduate and Undergraduate Students: FREE

Optional Conference Banquet (to be paid separately): $39

We welcome the general public to attend talks for free, but please note the complimentary food and beverages are for registered conference participants only. Thanks for understanding.

Please choose the level that matches your status, from the options presented.

Payment options include: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, DinaCard, and BCard.

Please note that the payment process includes a short registration in UTSA Marketplace.

IMPORTANT

To keep registration costs down and to help conference organizers with event planning and scheduling, there will be no late registration or registration at the door. April 1, 2025 is the cut-off point for registration, including for students for whom the registration is free.
