San Antonio is a fantastic multicultural city thanks to its past as Spanish Mission and the continued presence of immigrants from all over the world. It is the earliest European settlement in Texas, and one of the earliest in the United States. To this day, the Mexican and Mexican American presence gives the city its distinct flair. It's home to El Alamo, the romantic Riverwalk, great culinary and shopping options, several sports teams, and entertainment for the entire family.
