The Indiana Broker State exam is comprised of two portions, state and general/national
You will have 1 year to take and pass the Indiana Broker exam once you receive your pre-licensing class certificate. You can take the exam as many times as needed for $55 each time. You can also take one portion if you passed one and not the other. When you schedule your appointment to take the Broker Exam it will automatically include both portions, unless you've already passed one. You do not need to schedule any other exam.
If you do not pass both portions of the state exam within 1 year of receiving your pre-licensing class certificate, you will have to retake the pre-licensing class at FULL PRICE
