Kristi has been a licensed REALTOR®/Broker since 2018 & has worked as a REALTOR®️ in both Missouri & Indiana. Her passion for this industry is as strong today as the day she started her real estate career. She was very active in the REALTOR®️ association in Missouri, serving on the Board of Directors as President, President-Elect, & State Director.

Known for her superb communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, she is a committed mentor.

Giving back, helping others, and helping new agents succeed are all things Dawn is passionate about.  Dawn originally entered real estate in 2006 as an Agent with F.C. Tucker.  Since then she spent time as an independent Broker/Owner (2015-2019), became a Certified Business Coach, and earned a number of extra certifications including her SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) and CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist). 

A lifelong Central Indiana resident, Dawn is the Founder & President of Line of Duty K-9s, a non-profit that raises money to provide funding for service dogs to Veterans.  As if she wasn’t active enough, she also currently serves as President for the Greater Beech Grove Chamber of Commerce. 

When she’s not working or giving back to others, Dawn loves spending time with her 2 grown kids & being Nena to her 4 grandkids.  And although she may currently consider herself a “less than mediocre golfer”, that’s hopefully a temporary title, as she’s now part of a weekly women’s golf league.  Fore!

Jeff has been a licensed REALTOR®/Broker since 2004. During his time in the industry he has not only worked with clients in all stages of life and ownership, but has also renovated multiple homes of his own!  

Jeff previously served as a manager at the Tucker East Office for 10 years, where he especially loved working with new agents.  He strongly believes in the importance of growing and educating yourself, and loves collecting new certifications and the alphabet soup that comes with them (GRI, CRS…).  

When Jeff isn’t at the closing table or checking out crawl spaces for clients you can find him riding through the state and across the country on one of his multiple motorcycles.

Rick is a 33-year veteran of the Real Estate profession, having gained his Salesperson’s license in 1990 and becoming a Broker licensee the following year.  A graduate of Ball State University, Rick has been a member of the Professional Standards Committee at MIBOR for more than 2 decades, and has been a Real Estate licensing and Continuing Education Instructor for more than 25 years. Rick remains an active Associate Broker with the Tucker Company and brings to the table a host of “real world” experience, adding substance to the real estate topics discussed. 

Rick’s passion within the classroom is on Agency and Fair Housing, and helping licensees understand that their duty as licensees goes far beyond the typical sales-related position.
