The Personal Data Sheet is a place to gather important information you may use for job, college, or scholarship applications. It also helps people who are writing you letters of recommendation. Students can start collecting information on their Personal Data Sheet at any time during high school. Many students start their Personal Data Sheets before senior year and update them periodically.
