There are many different ways that people study and learn, so there is not one "best" way to study or learn anything. However, there are a few things you can do that can help you learn almost anything, including English.

This week, we will talk about a few of my favorite tips (recommendations or suggestions) for studying and learning anything, not just English.

Doodling is a great way to put your brain in the "diffuse (relaxed) mode". Doodling means you are drawing, but you are not trying to make beautiful art. You are just moving your pen or pencil.

I always keep some paper next to me when I am working, and I doodle for a few seconds when I feel stuck or confused. For me, doodling helps me listen when I need to watch a video or pay attention in a meeting.
