One way of getting in touch with our ideals for learning - both individually and collectively - is to spend some time in thinking what we would like to see happening in three years, and then make this concrete in terms of what we need to do in the next twelve months. While we are being challenged by the Australian Curriculum, this is not the only force which should shape our aspirations for authentic learning in our schools.
Reflect on what you value in learning as a school
4. One member of each group should then add key points identified by the group to the Google document.
5. Allow time for participants to read and reflect on responses entered into the Google document by group members.

This activity has challenged participants to think about ideals for learning in school, and to make these concrete through asking what actions are called in this current year of learning. The following activity provides an opportunity to celebrate achievements in facilitating authentic learning by sharing experiences of success.
