Meet your teacher!

Welcome to 6th-grade science, my name is Krystal Marchese!

I began teaching full-time at Sussex Middle School in September 2013. I covered two maternity leave assignments and am now part of the full-time staff. I am currently teaching sixth-grade earth science and forensics. As an alumnus, it is a pleasure and a privilege to teach in the Sussex-Wantage community and to be part of such a dedicated and talented staff.

At Sussex Middle School, I have taught various courses in the Science Department, including 8th Grade Science and STEAM: Forensics, Engineering, and Research Design.

I graduated From Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York in May 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology for Secondary Education. My professional teaching certificate from the State of New Jersey allows me to teach middle school math, science, and high school science.
