Welcome to Reader's/Writer's Workshop with Mrs. Bedaiwi!

This year, students will grow as thoughtful readers, confident writers, and effective communicators. We will explore engaging texts, strengthen critical thinking skills, and develop a love for reading and writing.

 Materials Students Need for Class:   

• 2 Soft Cover Marble Composition Notebooks

• Earbuds/Headphones

• 2 Packs of Post-its

• Pencils

• Pens (assorted colors)

Reading & Writing Workshop

Our classroom follows the Reading and Writing workshop model. Students will participate in mini-lessons, independent practice, small-group instruction, and meaningful discussions. Through reading a variety of texts and writing for meaningful purposes, students will build skills, stamina, and confidence.
