What was your early life like?

Great. Spent holidays on my Grandparents farm and on my Aunts ranch. Played football, basketball and track in high school. Football and track in college. Hobbies were camping, ham radio, old cars and building stuff.

What were your parents’ occupations?

My father worked for the city of Oakland as Assistant Manager of the Oakland International Airport. My mother was an accomplished housewife.

Where did you go to school?

San Leandro H.S., UC Berkeley, St Mary's, Auburn University at Montgomery and University of Texas.

What was your highest level of education?

University. BSEE, MS Physics and MBA.

Were you in the military?

Yes, USAF

What did you do in the military?

Instructor and Command Pilot (T-33, T-28, C-7, T-37, C-130). Asst. Prof. of Physics USAF Academy and AF Civil Eng.

When you were not in the military what was your occupation?

Supervisor and Engineer-Scientist Rockwell Corp/ Boeing Co.

If you have retired from the military what have you been doing since retirement?

After retiring from Boeing I have spent time working on my vacation home and traveling.

Military above. Cessna 172, Beech Sierra, Schweitzer 1-26, 2-22, 2-32 and TG3
