What was your early life like?

When I was 3, in 1942, I moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma. My Aunt went to work as a ‘Rosie the Riveter” and my mother as a parts inspector building bombers at Douglas Aircraft. My Grandfather built interiors for fighters, my Dad went to war driving trucks delivering ammunition to the ‘Front’. When the war was over, I lived with my grandparents and my aunt until I was 11 and moved in with my parents.


What were your parents’ occupations?

After the war, my dad worked in an oil refinery in Tulsa and my mother worked as a parts inspector for parking meters until Douglas rehired her to be a parts inspector once more.


Where did you go to school?

Whittier Elementary, Cleveland Junior High, and Will Rogers High School – all in Tulsa.


What was your highest level of education?

Master of Science from the University of Tulsa.


How did you spend your leisure time?

Helped with housework, read, listened to the radio. In 1953 watched limited TV – tiny black and white. Roller skated and picnicked in the park.


If none what were you doing that caused you not to have time?

Expected to help with all house chores.


What was your occupation?

Teacher, School Administrator, Distance Learning Consultant, Grant Writer, Founder of Kellogg & Sovereign Consulting, LLC, a company focused on obtaining funding for Internet and infrastructure for schools and libraries. Total revenue generated for them since the start of the program in 1987 = $3.5 Billion


What have you been doing since retirement?

Not retired. Continue to work with special projects for Kellogg & Sovereign Consulting, LLC, and Mentoring STEM Aviation Programs.


What airplanes have you flown?

General Aviation planes: Cessna 150, Tomahawk, PA 28 Warrior and PA 28 Archer.


What airplanes have you owned and/or still own?

Same as above. Current Plane Storm Rally Light Sport Aircraft.
