Sweetwine Enterprises does not provide:

Mental health diagnosis or treatment
Life coaching services are non-clinical and are not a substitute for licensed mental health, medical, or legal professionals.
3. No Guarantees
Results from life coaching and related services vary by individual. Sweetwine Enterprises LLC makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, performance, financial results, athletic success, or personal development.
Any testimonials, examples, or prior results are illustrative only and do not guarantee future outcomes.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and truthful information
Participating honestly and respectfully in sessions
Following through on commitments they choose to make
Seeking appropriate professional help outside of coaching when needed
Sweetwine Enterprises LLC is not responsible for decisions made by clients during or after coaching services.
5. Payments, Billing & Agreements
Payments for services are processed through approved platforms, including Stripe and Klarna. Payment terms, installment plans, and service timelines are outlined at the time of purchase or enrollment.
If a client signs a separate service agreement, onboarding agreement, payment plan agreement, or package-specific agreement, the terms of that agreement will govern in the event of any conflict with these Terms of Service.
Failure to maintain agreed payment terms may result in paused or discontinued services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, systems, coaching methods, CPI tools, documents, and training materials — is the intellectual property of Sweetwine Enterprises LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or repurpose any materials without prior written permission.
7. Confidentiality & Data
Sweetwine Enterprises LLC takes confidentiality seriously. Client information shared during coaching is handled with care and discretion.
However, Sweetwine Enterprises LLC cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality for communications transmitted electronically and is not responsible for breaches outside of its reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweetwine Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

Participation in coaching services
Decisions made by clients
