Isaiah Sweetwine is originally from Aurora, Colorado and spent five years competing as a college basketball player through out COVID and the emerging NIL era of college athletics. Like many athletes, his life was built around structure, performance, and identity tied to sport. He competed in college at three different levels and 3 different places, including Kansas, Southern Colorado and Arkansas, where he graduated with his degree in business management.
When his playing career came to an end, he understood the magnitude of athletes and their whole lives being tied to sport with no support. Isaiah experienced the same reality most athletes face or will face, but few are prepared for. Loss of structure. Uncertainty about direction. The question of who you are without your sport.
He began studying business development, business, and life coaching while navigating his own transition out of athletics. Through that process, he built systems for structure, accountability, and identity development that helped him gain control of his life outside of basketball.
That process eventually became Sweetwine Enterprises.
What started in a dorm room turned into a remote life coaching company that has now supported athletes across multiple countries, including Mexico and Canada, helping them rebuild confidence, create direction, and develop structure in life beyond sport. Isaiah has accumulated 127+ 1 on 1 life coaching hours since founding and has personally eclipsed 40+ former and current athletes.

“I remember my last college game. I felt like it the closest thing to death for me. I wish I had someone who cared more about my life beyond sports. I know what its like for something youv'e been doing for so long to just be done, instantly. I'v transferred three times, been on losing and winning teams, been a starter, been on the bench, had season ending injury, all of it. I would do anything to help anyone who has even gone through half of those things. There aren't enough resources or support for curent or former athletes in this capacity. "
“They say athletes experience two deaths. I believe current and even former athletes need to be coached as whole people, far beyond their performance because everyone will have that day when their time to compete is over and they will need that support that resorts back to who they are not all that they've accomplished.”
Outside of life coaching and business, Isaiah enjoys listening to music, going to concerts, trying new foods, playing basketball and being around his friends and family.
He is also an amazon published author, with work focused on both creative writing and storytelling. Isaiah also coaches high school basketball outside of Sweetwine Enterprises.
