How do I pay for my service or package?
Once your package is confirmed, we’ll send a secure payment link via text or email. All Stripe/Klarna payments are processed through private links managed by our team so your onboarding and progress are tracked correctly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment options:
Debit/Credit Card (via Stripe)
Klarna (installments through Stripe)
Apple Pay
Cash App
Venmo
PayPal
Zelle
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plan options through Stripe (including Klarna), which may include $0 down options and up to 24 months to pay (approval/availability depends on the provider).
Can I pay in full instead of using a payment plan?
Yes. If you prefer, you can pay in full using the secure link we send you.
Can I choose when my payments are due?
If you’re using a provider-based plan (ex: Klarna through Stripe), due dates and timing are set by the provider during setup. If you need a different schedule, reach out and we’ll tell you the best option based on your package.
Can I request a custom quote or split payment differently?
Yes — for certain packages and team/group services, custom payment structures may be available. Email support@sweetwineent.com and include what you want. Payment Plans are not accepted for group services.
What happens if I miss a payment deadline?
Depending on your method of payment, our services are delivered in milestone phases tied to payment progress. If a payment is missed or paused through alternative payment methods. services may be placed on hold until your plan resumes. If it ultimately doesn’t resume, the service will be cancelled to protect both sides.
Is there a fee for late payments?
Sweetwine Enterprises doesn’t add surprise “gotcha” fees — but Stripe/Klarna or your payment provider may charge fees depending on the plan you selected. If anything ever changes on our side, it will be communicated clearly.
I’m a parent or coach/organization paying for an athlete — is the process different?
We can still send the secure payment link to the payer and keep the athlete’s coaching/onboarding process smooth. Just let us know who should receive the link and who the service is for.
Will I get a receipt for my payment?
Yes. Card/Stripe payments generate confirmation, and if you request an invoice, that can also serve as documentation for your records.
Where can I view the terms and payment agreement?
We communicate all services and package details with you, you will receive a signed copy of your client agreement before we begin. If you have questions before then, email us support@sweetwineent.com
Do you offer refunds?
Because coaching work and deliverables often begin quickly after onboarding, we do not offer refunds do to the nature of our coaches' time and support. If something feels off, contact us immediately — we’ll review where you are in the process and work toward a fair solution.
Do I need an invoice to pay?
No — an invoice is not required if you’re paying directly through card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. If you want an invoice, you can request one.
Do you send the payment link before I start?
Yes — your official link is how we confirm your package and activate onboarding. Payments should not be sent without having package confirmation.
What does my payment actually cover?
Our value comes in our coach's expertise and experience in sports and with athletes, along with our advanced CPI system that tracks your individual progress.
