How do I pay for my service or package?
After your intake form is submitted and your package is confirmed, we will send you a personalized link via text or email that allows you to make a payment plan, pay in full, etc.
Are any other payment methods accepted?
If none of the listed payment plans work for you, let us know and we will find alternative methods.
Can I pay in full instead of using a payment plan?
Yes — paying in full is preferred. It speeds up onboarding, confirms your spot, and makes scheduling easier on both ends.
When will I receive my invoice?
if you choose to go with invoicing, Invoices are sent within 24–48 hours of confirming your service package.
Can I choose when my payments are due?
Each package is designed to be "pay as you go." we’re flexible and generally the set payment plan through klarna and stripe is just fine. If you need adjustments, let us know!
Can I request a custom quote or split payment differently?
Yes — for group services and packages, we’re happy to create a custom prie plan that fits your timeline and budget.
What happens if I miss a payment deadline?
There is a 3-day grace period. After that, services may pause until payment is made. We’ll always communicate first and work with you on a resolution.
Is there a fee for late payments?
Currently, we do not charge late fees — but non-payment after extended time will result in termination of services.
I’m a parent or coach/organization paying for an athlete — is the process different?
Nope! Just make sure the payer name and email is included in the Payment Info Form if using invoicing, and we’ll send the invoice directly to you. Otherwise, we will send the personailzed link to whoever is making payments!
Do you work with schools, teams, or organizations?
Yes! That is our apart of our group services. We can also issue group or organizational invoices and provide receipts for recordkeeping.
Where can I view the terms and payment agreement?
We communicate all services and package details with you, you will receive a signed copy of your client agreement before we begin. If you have questions before then, email us support@sweetwineent.com
Do you offer refunds?
In most cases, no— due to the strategy- and time-based nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once services have started. There is 1-week period of onboarding where refunds are accepted if you change your mind before services begin.
Will I get a receipt for my payment?
Yes — all payments will come with a documentation and receipts via email and you can track payments made.
