Sweetwine Enterprises was built to guide current and former athletes — in life, leadership, and long-term purpose.
Our Life Coaches specialize in guiding you towards your goals and your desired outcomes in life. We use what we call our Client Performance Indicator, ensuring we always have the right plan for you in helping you see progress within yourself.
Our services are 100% remote and your life coach is easily accesible . We help you where you and whenever you need it. Helping you confidently move into your next chapter or build during your current one. We equip you with the mindset, tools, support and clarity to win during and beyond your playing days.
At SE, we live by the Next Play Mentality — with coaches experienced and tailored to your specific life goals, we understand that no athlete’s journey is the same, which is why every client receives personalized support and strategy built around them as a person.
At Sweetwine Enterprises, we offer strategic life coaching exclusively for those with athletic backgrounds. If you have ever played a competitive sport, from middle school, to club/AAU sports, to high school, college and professionally, you've had to navigate a unique journey — navigating life while competing and transitioning from sport to real-world success demands a different kind of understanding: structured, personal, and rooted understanding starting with our team who has went through the exact feeling.
We don’t offer surface-level life coaching. Every session, resource, and plan is designed to honor the discipline, drive, and potential you bring to your own life combined with our expertise— and help you channel that into impact and intent.
Sweetwine Enterprises was founded in September of 2024 out of lived experience — and a gap that couldn’t be ignored.
Isaiah Sweetwine, a five-year collegiate basketball player, founded SE from his dorm room after experiencing firsthand the challenge of transitioning from sports to real life. While competing during the height of the NIL era, he earned a Business Management degree and started noticing a recurring issue among athletes: a lack of structured, strategic guidance for what comes after sports
From the locker room to the real world, Isaiah saw that athletes needed coaching as whole individuals, not just them as athletes. After gaining corporate experience at a top-tier asset management firm, he returned back to the athletic space with a mission: help athletes connect with themselves deeply through support, structure and accountability from those who understand them, to help them separate their identity from wins and losses in sport and to reach their goals and plan out their lives. We have helped athletes in over 7 different sports, at 4 different levels of sport (club level, high school, college, pro) and in 3 different countries. We support current and former athletes of all sports and backgrounds at any stage in their careers. We have served over current and former athletes in 3 different countries including Canada and Mexico.
To reshape what success looks like for athletes during and beyond their playing careers.
After competing for five years at the college level — including during the height of the NIL era — Isaiah saw firsthand how unprepared many athletes felt once the game ended, despite having the talent, discipline, and drive. That gap became the foundation for Sweetwine Enterprises.
While he earned his associates degree from Trinidad State College where he competed on the men's basketball team, Isaiah also made stops at University of Saint Mary during the unforgettable covid year (2020). He made stops at the junior college level, tranferring to Trinidad State College, earning his associtates degree. Isaiah later earned a bachelor's in business management from Lyon College in Batesville, Arkansas, thereafter. Isaiah began building a company focused on helping athletes build clarity, confidence, and systems for life during and beyond sport. Isaiah has 125+ 1 on 1 client coaching hours, experience delivering athlete-focused life coaching using ICF- aligned competencies, structured sessions and ethical standards before expanding the company now with more than 5 Life Coaches and having served 60+ current and former athletes within the first year of founding.
Bringing experience from corporate business development at an asset management firm, he learned how structured strategy and long-term planning could be leveraged inside of athletics. That real-world insight now fuels Sweetwine Enterprises — a company built on execution and real empowerment for current and former athletes.
A two-time Amazon-published author, Isaiah has led projects focused on strategy, branding, and scalable growth. His academic work was recognized with the Management Book Award and multiple honors in business research and creative entrepreneurship. He is also the founder of the Isaiah Sweetwine Scholarship. He now brings both lived experience and strategic expertise to athletes across the country — helping them think bigger, move smarter, set goals and plan life!
