Sweetwine Enterprises was built to guide current and former athletes beyond the game — into life, leadership, and long-term purpose.
We specialize in life coaching and business strategy that helps athletes confidently move into their next chapter. Whether it's personal growth, business building, or identity development, we equip athletes with the mindset, tools, and clarity to win beyond their playing days.
At SE, we live by the Next Play Mentality — the belief that your next chapter deserves as much focus, strategy, and purpose as your playing career. We understand that no athlete’s journey is the same, which is why every client receives personalized support and strategy built around their goals, identity, and future vision.
At Sweetwine Enterprises, we offer strategic life coaching and business strategy built exclusively for those with athletic backgrounds. If you have ever played a sport, you've had to navigate a unique journey — transitioning from sport to real-world success demands a different kind of support: structured, personal, and rooted in who they are at the core.
We don’t offer surface-level coaching. Instead, we deliver a blend of mindset strategy, business clarity, and identity work tailored specifically for athletes. Every session, resource, and plan is designed to honor the discipline, drive, and potential athletes bring — and help them channel that into impact and intent.
This isn’t just life after sports. It’s life with strategy.
Our History
Sweetwine Enterprises was founded in September of 2024 out of lived experience — and a gap that couldn’t be ignored.
Isaiah Sweetwine, a five-year collegiate basketball player, founded this company after experiencing firsthand the challenge of transitioning from sports to real life. While competing during the height of the NIL era, he earned a Business Management degree and started noticing a recurring issue among athletes: a lack of structured, strategic guidance for what comes after the game.
From the locker room to the boardroom, Isaiah saw that athletes were being promoted — but rarely prepared.
After gaining corporate experience at a top-tier asset management firm, he returned with a mission: to help athletes become more than just successful in sport — but intentional leaders in business, brand, and life.
Our mission is to to reshape what success looks like for athletes beyond their playing careers.
We support current and former athletes of all sports and backgrounds as they move during and beyond their playing careers — or build alongside them. Whether you’re launching a business, developing your personal brand, or redefining your identity beyond the game, we provide the tailored support to help you move forward with purpose.
Through focused strategy, mindset alignment, and business execution, we equip you with the tools, systems, and confidence to build a life that lasts beyond sport.
After competing for five years at the college level — including during the height of the NIL era — Isaiah saw firsthand how unprepared many athletes felt once the game ended, despite having the talent, discipline, and drive. That gap became the foundation for Sweetwine Enterprises.
While he earned his associates degree from Trinidad State, he earned a bachelor's in business management from Lyon College, Isaiah began building a firm focused on helping athletes build clarity, confidence, and systems for life and business during beyond sport — whether that’s launching a brand, pursuing a career path, or finding personal direction.
He also brings experience from corporate business development at an asset management firm, where he learned how structured strategy and long-term planning could be leveraged outside of athletics. That real-world insight now fuels Sweetwine Enterprises — a company built on execution and real empowerment.
A two-time Amazon-published author, Isaiah led projects focused on strategy, branding, and scalable growth. His academic work was recognized with the Management Book Award and multiple honors in business research and creative entrepreneurship. He is also the founder of the Isaiah Sweetwine Scholarship. He now brings both lived experience and strategic expertise to athletes across the country — helping them think bigger, move smarter, and own their future beyond the game.
“We’re not just building brands — we’re helping athletes build lives, legacies, and become the leaders they were meant to be.”
