Year 5

Week 7 - Monday 8^th June 2020

Dear Children,

We had a good lesson on Friday and thank you to all of you who could attend. For all of you who missed it, we will be posting it in google classroom.

Also, I would like to thank everybody who has sent me their work. Keep on writing, drawing and solving maths problems and send it to me, if you can!

We have a busy week ahead of us and we will be working in google classroom.

On Monday we will look at another of the great ideas of humanity, which attempts to answer one of the eternal questions: Where do we come from? I will also introduce you to some of my menagerie.

On Tuesday, in our Maths lesson, we will be revising some more arithmetic operations.

On Wednesday, in our Literacy lesson, we will look at science writing and I will ask you to write a science presentation.

On Thursday, in our SPAG, we will revise the use of tenses in English.

Friday - get ready for our live lesson.

I will also be posting some maths challenges in the Stream so look out for something new daily!

Keep sending your work- I really appreciate it and enjoy reading and looking at what you have done. Stay well and I am looking forward to teaching you this week!
