Year 5

Week 3 - Monday 4^th May 2020

Dear Year 5,

I hope you and your families are well. Big thanks to all of you who have managed to send me your essays and replies to all the exercises posted last week. I really appreciate it and I am doing my best to send these back to you with comments and suggestions.

This week we will continue working in Google classroom and will concentrate on the following:

Monday: Literacy - story telling and story writing. We will look at a Greek myth involving a very greedy king.

Wednesday: SPAG- we will continue working on punctuation and in IPC we will look at different forms of government.

Friday: Maths: nets of 3D shapes and in IPC we will look at qualities of a good ruler/government.

I will continue uploading my video lessons to Google classroom as well as giving you exercises, worksheets and Accelerated Maths. Also, do not forget about Education City.

Share you work with me and try to do at least a bit of work everyday, including reading! Check Google classroom for videos and assignments on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, if possible.
