Good morning children,

Thank you so much for all your beautiful work!!! I am so very proud of you! It makes me so very happy when I receive your work. Thank you. Hopefully, I will be able to add even more names from Year 1/2 next week! Here are some exciting suggestions of work you can complete at home this week! This week I’m adding a section for PSHE. I want ALL OF YOU to send me your favourite memories of being in year 1/2. Begin the day with a Guided Imagery Meditation through the oceans. Learn about the amazing kindness of Marcus Rashford the famous young footballer in this week’s reading comprehension. Enjoy our weekly live Spelling test. Practice and revisit your Number Bonds to 20. Cosmic Yoga, Squish the Fish! Learn more about Food Chains and create your own from scratch in Science/IPC. Enjoy an art lesson on how to draw a Marcus Rashford. Make delicious Hermit Crab miniature cakes in our Cookery lesson. Join in with Joe Wicks’ Keep Fit for all the family. · This week we shall be looking at Food Chains again.

· What is a Food Chain? A food chain shows how animals depend on plants and other animals for their food and survival.

· This week I want you to watch a video from BBC Bitesize and draw your own Food Chain from scratch. Click here.

· Start your food chain with the sun and a plant then end with a big hungry animal like YOU!
