Team Drive is a shared space that allows our staff to store, search, and access their files anywhere from any device. Unlike Google Drive, Team Drive belongs to an entire Team instead of an individual. In our Sunnyhills Team Drive we have the key master documents that outline our:
- Overviews
- Long Term Plans
- Planning expectations
Each staff member uses their own Google Drive to then create (often in collaboration with their team members) planning specifically for their classroom. This planning is personalised to the learners in their classroom to provide differentiated experiences in order for all learners to make accelerated progress. Increasingly students will be more agentic over the decisions they have with their learning experiences.
We value collaboration and transparency and class planning is shared within teams and accessible by school leaders within our Sunnyhills Shared Folder.
