If you have free time there are many fun things that you can do that involve using your creativity. Below are some activity ideas along with some great links to check out.
- Choose some items from around your house to set up a still-life arrangement. Get some paper and try to draw those objects exactly how you see them.
- Draw a detailed picture of your family.
- Grab some paper and a pencil and draw a single object in your house just the way it is.
- Walk outside and gather some leaves and try this: Easy leaf rubbing activity
- Find out what it feels like to be an interior designer. On a piece of paper draw a picture of what your dream room might look like and use crayons or colored pencils and color it in.
- Fold a piece of paper in half and make a card for someone that you care about. If you cant think of anyone, you can make one for the mailman/woman, someone at a nursing home, your teacher, the garbage man/woman, or any other community member that may need a smile. :)
- Use cupcake liners, pipe cleaners, and paper to create this Rainy day umbrella activity
