Q: Will I be receiving school supplies?

A: TK-5th grade students will receive a shipment of supplies for their courses.

Q: Do TK-5th grade students have work to do if materials have not arrived?

A: Yes, you may begin your courses even you have not received your materials.

Q: When will I start my courses?

A: You may begin your courses once approved, even if a teacher has not yet been assigned, and you have not received your materials. To access your courses, please log in through the OLS system using the username and password you created during enrollment with K12. OLS Login

Q: Can my student and I share an OLS login?

A: No, learning coaches will need to create both a learning coach account as well as a separate student account (one for each Tk-5th student) on the K12 OLS. You would have created your K12 login during the enrollment process. Q: How are my courses assigned?

A: TK-5th grade students will get the courses assigned for their current grade.

Q: What are the student expectations?

A: Students are expected to work between 4-5 hours per day Monday through Friday, and show a 3% increase in each subject per week.

Q: Do I need to withdraw my student from their former school?

A: Now that you have been officially approved, please be sure to withdraw your student from his or her former school, as you cannot be enrolled in two schools at the same time.

Q: How do I reach my teacher(s)?

A: Teachers can be reached via phone, text, and email. In addition, teachers will have office hours and weekly Class Connect sessions that you are welcome to attend. Your teachers are available to you when you need help. Please make sure to reach out to them if you are struggling with anything with your courses. Bear in mind that staff is available during business hours Monday through Friday.
