Computer Requests

Students who qualify for free or reduced lunch may submit a request for a "loaner" computer. Please fill out the form in its entirety and email it to back to your Orientation Specialist. If approved, your student's name will be placed on the computer priority list, and a computer will be shipped to you as soon as one becomes available (typically 2-3 weeks).

*Please note that K12 does not approve computer requests. They simply approve that the form was completed in its entirety.
