Bottlenose Dolphins are not known to be endangered as 600,000 are known to live. There are many threats to these dolphins, but the Bottlenose dolphin's main problem is the ocean's trash. These dolphins can easily confuse trash and food, which is highly risky for these animals. They can eat the trash thinking it is their food and get seriously sick. (Fisheries) Bottlenose dolphins are essential to maintain the population of fish.
