How to save the Arctic

There are many ways that you can help by doing something little that can be a big difference. One way you can contribute to the Arctic is by donating money to Greenpeace. You should donate to Greenpeace because it says that they help by, “Our fight to save the planet has grown more serious—the climate change impacts, destruction of ancient forests, deterioration of our oceans, and the threat of a nuclear disaster loom large.” If you support Greenpeace, you are not only helping the Arctic but other areas in our world by stopping deforestation, pollution, climate change and more. Another way is by reducing carbon dioxide emissions by driving or flying less, taking shorter showers, going green, turning off electric devices when not using them and a lot more. The last way I think you should help the Arctic is that you should plant trees with assistance from an adult. When trees grow they use up carbon dioxide, which releases oxygen into the air, and that means that trees are taking away carbon dioxide from our atmosphere. The reason why you should lower the carbon dioxide in the air is because carbon dioxide causes climate change, which is melting the Arctic ice. We still have a chance to save the Arctic, so please make an effort to help the best you can!

If you help save the Arctic, you are saving Narwhals and other animals too.

If you plant a tree, you are helping climate change.
