Stained Glass

For my texture project at first I didn't know what to take a picture but, I found that there was a lot of stained glass around my house that I could take pictures of. I also created my own textures with pennys, and took pictures of my staircase. I definitely loved the outcome of my pictures.

My favorite image is the one I called, "Front Door" which is a picture of my front door. I decided to take a picture of my front door because there was a lot of stained glass in it that I could make look even better. Also that door is 100 years old so I knew I had to add that to my project somewhere.

The Images I took came out exactly as I wanted them too. Luckily I only had to do light editing on some of my pictures. Mainly consisting of cropping and changing the lighting and changing the brightness of the colors. Finally I think my colors mainly came out as beautifully as they are in real life and I'am proud of myself that I was able to capture the beauty of the stained glass.
