Do It Better

 Our task: For our last project of the year our task was to do it better. We had to pick one of our previous projects and redo it to make it better. This was the project that we could take what we learned throughout the year and apply it to this project we could also show what we have learned from the first time we did it. Our goal was to make a more professional in-depth video. Some of the things we thought we could improve on was keeping the audience engaged so changing the clips to have something fun in the video and not having huge globs of information. For our topic, we chose baseball, particularly the pitching and hitting aspect of it. This project made us dig deeper and think about how we could change it and make it better.

Reflection: Throughout this project, I think I had effective communication skills by actively listening to my team members and sharing my ideas. This made sure that everyone was on the same page and we knew what we were doing. For next year I am going to keep working on communication skills because it is a huge part of success. I think that our team did a good job spreading out the workload evenly. It was challenging to do that with an extra group member but I think we did it well. I think that I did a good job with the tasks assigned to me. However, I think that there were times when I could have contributed more to the team by helping out more with the calculations part of the project. For the next tasks, I intend to do better with helping with calculations and working on my productivity by setting goals and doing more evaluating of my progress. Overall I think that this was one of our best projects because we already knew what worked well and what didn't work well so we just had to take it to the next level and I feel as though we did that. By doing this I can contribute to future projects and do better the overall efficiency of our team.
