Fire Away!

Our task:

This goal of this project was to create a trebuchet that could sling a projectile as far as we could make it go. It had to have a base that sat on the ground, two legs that hold up an axle, and a lever arm with both a load and an effort end. We were allowed to “set” it and release it, but not provide the firing our self. After firing, we had to modify our device in 8 ways that could better the launch. Then we had to find calculations of our new and improved trebuchet.
