Football is my sport. Football is the most challenging team related sport there is. There are eleven people from each team on the field at once and if just one person does their job incorrectly then the team fails. A football team is only as strong as its weakest link and that is why football has such a strong family aspect to it. You must always being helping your teammates to get better so that the team can succeed. To be great at football as an individual, you must be: smart, fast, strong, tough, and insane. If you are not crazy in some way you will not be able to be great. To be great at football as a team, everyone must be these things as well. Everyone must share the same unique goal and be willing to do anything to achieve it. Health related components related to football are: flexibility- you must be flexible to reduce the risk of injury, muscular strength- you must have a signifcant amount of muscle mass in order to do the difficult jobs required to play, muscular endurance- you must be able to use your strength throughout long practices, games, and the season overall, and cardiorespitory endurance- you must be able to run constantly and maintain stamina throughout games.
