WHAT IS A FITNESS LOG?

A Fitness log is a collection of entry's, designed to track growth as well as peeks and dips in motivation or amount of exercises, hours of sleep, and/or screen time. This can be tracked from every year, to month, to week, to day. You can look back on and analyze and reflect on your hard work. You can enter every day or once a week, and track almost anything You want. Creative and colorful decorations can help to keep you interested and an aesthetic looking journal makes you want to come back to add more. This project is satisfying, and enjoyable.

My S.M.A.R.T Goal

I will be able to run a 10k in one hour on May 1st by running for 30 minutes 3 times a week.

This smart goal is Specific, Measurable, Active, Reasonable, and Timely.
