Eun is a fifth-year PhD student at Cornell University studying Human–Computer Interaction and behavioral science. Her current research focuses on supporting end-user accountability in AI-based creative workflows. She has an interdisciplinary background spanning advertising, computer science, and media arts. She is always excited to meet people who want to talk about how to build safe AI technologies for Taylor Swift and Jennie from Blackpink.
Haven Kim is a PhD student in Computer Science at the University of California San Diego. She has worked on machine learning for music, including video-to-music generation, music recommendation, and lyric translations. Her recent work includes exploring the intersection of computer science and K-pop through a dataset of K-pop lyrics to train neural models on singable lyric translation.
Jin Ha Lee is a Professor and the Founding Director of the GAMER (GAME Research) Group at the University of Washington Information School, holding a Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her research examines methods for organizing and accessing popular music, multimedia, and interactive media. She also investigates the use of popular media for informal learning in libraries and museums.
Sara Cardinale is a Ph.D. researcher in Artificial Intelligence and Music at Queen Mary University of London’s Centre for Digital Music. Her research focuses on storytelling through music, exploring the intersection of generative music composition, emotion-driven storytelling, and human-computer co-creativity in music. Grounded in musicology and music cognition principles, her work aims to bridge the gap between traditional compositional techniques and computational methodologies.
