FCCLA stands for Family, Career and Community Leaders of America. It is a national student organization for middle and high school students that focuses on leadership, career preparation, and community service.
FCCLA helps students develop leadership skills, confidence, and real-world experience that prepares them for college and future careers. It provides opportunities to compete, earn recognition, and strengthen scholarship and college applications. Joining FCCLA also allows students to serve their communities while building friendships and connections with other motivated peers.
Students in grades 7th-12th can join FCCLA at any time of the school year, as long as they are taking or are currently enrolled in an FCS class. The deadline to become a member and compete is November 1st. If you'd like to join click the the link below!
