I created this poster board for the school Science Fair. My project was "The Electromagnetic Payload Launcher", and I found it incredibly challenging but fun. In the process of creating this board, I learned new tricks for physically constructing boards, as well as new ways to approach a big assignment. I won 1st place at the school Science Fair, and I'm still waiting for my OCSEF ranking. Last year, I was fortunate to win 7th grade Grand Prize and 7th grade Best in Show. At Orange County Science & Engineering Fair, I won 2nd place in the Physics category and was nominated to go to the national Broadcom competition later that year.

I created a roller coaster to learn about the relationship between potential and kinetic energy, and how friction affected it. 

This was part of our energy lesson. We were asked to review the lesson and aggregate everything we had learned. Again, this built on our research and summarizing skills.
