In this assignment, we had to pretend to time travel through Medieval Europe and bring back different artifacts from time. It was a lot of fun applying the knowledge of history in a creative story and imagine how life was like back then.

This was one of my favorite assignments where we had to come up with a fable of our own. I chose why the ostrich cannot fly because it is one of the few flightless birds. Creative writing is hard and I struggle through brainstorming but practice helps!

In this assignment, we were asked to thank Rome for the many achievements it accomplished that influence our modern-day society. For example, architecture, languages, myths, art, and even our form of government owes a lot to the Roman era.
