In this assignment, we had to pretend to time travel through Early America and bring back different artifacts (poems, songs, postcards, etc.) from that time. It was a lot of fun applying the knowledge of history in a creative story and imagine how life was like back then.

Mrs. Hallack assigned us to create a wheel based on the five sections of our history book that talked about the Industrial Revolution. It was a lot of info to condense, but I think that the end result was worth it.

Mrs. Hallack assigned us to write a letter to family or acquaintances as if we were one of the mysterious disappeared colonists on Roanoke Island. It was fun applying my own theories to the story.
