As a future educators, we are giving students "building blocks" for them to create their future.
Incorporating the value of belonging is important in my classroom because it creates a sense of community and can lower barriers between students.
With interaction in the classroom, the teacher becomes aware of each students abilities and allows the teacher to tailor each students learning experience (V.A.R.K.).
As children grow up, teacher's are one of the biggest role models in their lives. I believe it is important to create a safe and comfortable space for students.
I believe that classroom curriculum is important to teach in the classroom, but should not be used every step of the way. I think it is flexible and be used more as a guide of what to teach.
